Cycling in style

Biking Taiwanese style with umbrella to shade the sun and always at the ready for the next torrential downpour. Considering there are a little over 20 million Taiwanese living on an island half the size of Britain with at least half of that landmass uninhabitable, the city was suprisingly traffic free. More like I remember how European cities were 25 years ago.
