... a shocking YouTube video of 4 scooters knocked down by a car ignoring the traffic-lights on red. This is quite common behavior in Taiwan and it would not surprise me if the scooters had jumped the lights too adding to such an outcome. What I find most shocking however is that everyone carries on as normal. Almost no one stops to help despite 4 people lying on the ground including a child. Its hard to understand this situation as the Taiwanese are normally extremely friendly and helpful.
