Gekard III

Now I am convinced that this is Gekard as I always find him in the same place, on some wooden steps and he always hangs around until I have finished photographing him. Obviously unhappy with my last 2 photographs of him he shows me his best side today before scurrying off into the undergrowth.

As I write this my laptop shakes on a wobbling table, obviously another earth tremor of 5.0+ (20:15). The last one I noticed was a couple of weeks ago and it was a 5.3 that woke me at 4:20 in the morning. Anything below 5.0 usually goes unnoticed although there are tremors of 3.0 - 4.0 daily.

Update: It was actually a 4.7 at around the same time as the 7.0+ in the Phillipines
