An interesting art exhibition at the CMP BLOCK adds a colourful touch to the centre of Taichung. Despite many high rise buildings in this area of the city, there's still plenty of greenery and open space, making it a pleasant area to walk around. The impressive 'Hotel One' skyscraper makes a useful landmark when touring this area.
