Surrounded by construction work the locals patiently look on as is the Taiwanese way of zen.

A scooter rider waits patiently for the lights to change, while a street vendor finds room on a zebra crossing among the chaos to sell his flowers ... I cross the road safely behind the scooter, Taiwanese style.
