Walking down streets in any town around here can be like partaking in an obstacle course. Changhua high street was particularly busy today as many Taiwanese have holiday for the Chinese New Year. Walking in the road with the rest of the traffic is normal but amazingly everyone remains very calm, patient and courteous.
