Eurocondo

A good coat of paint could transform this interesting 'European modeled' housing complex. Paint seems to be something they have yet to discover in Taiwan but I am sure they will eventually as it not only looks brighter it protects the facade of buildings from the elements.

... or even a cartoon ...
